TERMINATE THREAD request codes

TERMINATE THREAD requests under the THREAD function can receive return codes.

TERMINATE THREAD requests can receive these codes:

24
CCTL storage was damaged. Unable to find the thread service routine master control block (PAT).
28
No thread connection.
40
No active communications with DBCTL.
44
Invalid call token. Either the PAPLCTOK pointer was zero or it did not contain the address of a valid call token. Thread is terminated.
210
A CCTL subsystem issued an UNSCHEDULE call or a TERMINATE THREAD call to the DBCTL subsystem.
