Edit shared settings for a web widget to display content
from a ContentBox web application (WAR).
Before you begin
Add a web widget to a new or existing dashboard or page.
Procedure

In the title bar of the web widget, click the
icon and select Edit.

Provide a Widget title and in theHome page field
provide a valid relative path to the custom content.
For
example, /My_Company_My_Product/jsp/helloWorld.jsp
- Optional:
In the Help page field,
provide a relative or absolute URL to a custom help page HTML topic
to replace the default help topic that is associated with the web
widget.
The help URL could point to custom content from
your custom WAR, using a relative path to the help file, or it could
point to an external URL.
- Required:
Clear the Show a browser
control toolbar to disable the web navigation toolbar,
that is, standard web navigation buttons and a web address entry field.
Also, make sure to clear the following check boxes:
- Widget title
- Home page
- Help page
- Browser control bar

Click Save to
commit your changes, or Restore Default Settings to
reset the form.
Results
The custom content (JSP or HTML pages) are displayed in the
web widget.
