DB2 installation binaries
For a full installation scenario, Jazz™ for Service Management uses the DB2® installation binaries through the launchpad to silently install DB2. The binaries use the default DB2 settings and the common user name and password that you specify in the launchpad during the full installation process. For a custom installation scenario, you can use the panel in the launchpad. The launchpad calls the installation program, and you can interactively install IBM® DB2.
