Red Hat OS Update Shared Services

Red Hat® OS Update Shared Services are a group of shared services that provide an OS patch management mechanism for Red Hat guest virtual machines running with Cloud Pak System.

Note: When a system update takes place, do not update or enable Red Hat Update Service pattern type if:

You do not want to deploy a new Satellite server
An external satellite server is connected to a system from a shared service
