IBM App Connect Enterprise
IBM App Connect Enterprise combines the established, industry-trusted technologies of IBM Integration Bus with new, cloud-native technologies of IBM App Connect Professional. It enables businesses to take advantage of API-driven architectures, connect cloud-based applications, and make use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to extend the value and investment in their existing data and systems.
App Connect Enterprise provides a comprehensive set of integration capabilities on an agile, secure, high-performance platform, and enables universal connectivity across enterprise systems, applications, and data. The connectivity and tooling options in App Connect Enterprise V11 extend the wide variety of data formats and applications that are supported, including standards-based formats, such as XML, DFDL, and JSON, and industry formats and standards such as HL7, SWIFT, and ISO8583. This connectivity enables your applications to interact and exchange data with other applications in a flexible, dynamic, and extensible infrastructure. App Connect Enterprise can route, transform, and enrich messages from one location to any other location. For example, messages can be routed from sender to recipient based on the content of the message, transformed from one format to another, and modified or combined, before they are delivered.
App Connect Enterprise V11 also includes the following features:
- Extensive connectivity options across Cloud services, Cloud platforms, SaaS, and existing on-premises applications
- Simple tools for all styles of user, which work together to expose, orchestrate, and curate data
- Support for multiple integration styles, from SOA/ESB, API, and microservice-based, to point-and-click event-driven integration

You can choose IBM App Connect Enterprise for production environments, or try out IBM App Connect Enterprise for Developers without charge for development and testing purposes. The developer edition has all features enabled but is limited to one
