Follow the steps to complete the second lesson, in which
you publish the knowledge base that you created in Module 1.
To create and analyze a knowledge base:
- In the console tree on the left pane, right-click Knowledge
bases and select Add knowledge base,
or select Knowledge bases and click
.
- In the Add Knowledge Base window,
type Tutorial_KB as the name of the knowledge
base.
- Select and browse to the knowledge base
that you created in Module 1. The default path for knowledge base
files is Classification_Home\Classification Workbench\Projects_Unicode\project_name\project_name.kb,
where project_name is the name that was given to
the knowledge base project. In this tutorial, the project name is Tutorial_KB.
- Select English in the Available
languages list and click the > button.
- Click OK. The knowledge base is
added to the list of available knowledge bases.
- You must start the knowledge base before you can use it
for classification. Right-click Tutorial_KB and
select Start knowledge base, or select Tutorial_KB and
click
.
At this point, you have successfully published the knowledge
base. It can now be used by IBM® Content
Classification applications
to classify content.
