Creating rule #3

Define the third rule.

To create a rule:

  1. On the Decision Plan page, right-click a rule group and select New Rule.

  2. Name the rule Items on sale.

  3. Click the Trigger tab, click the condition link, and select Trigger when fields contain specific words or phrases.
  4. In the Word list area, select Enter words, click <add new word or phrase> in the first line, and enter BladeCenter HS12. Click the second line and enter Lotus Domino Express. Add the following words in the third and the fourth lines: ClearCase and ClearQuest

  5. Verify that the All original content fields option is selected and that the Case sensitive check box is cleared.
  6. Click OK to finish building the trigger. In the trigger preview window, the trigger should look like the following figure:

  7. Click the Actions tab and click Add. Select General Actions from the Actions type list. Select Set the value of a content field and click Next.
  8. In the Set the value of this content field field, enter Items on Sale. Select Assign this value and enter 30%. The action preview should look like the following figure:

  9. Click OK twice to finish building the action.
