Installing IBM Data Server Client 11.1.2.2, Linux 64-bit (64-bit)
In a Tivoli Netcool Performance Manager system, you must install the Data Server Client (64-bit) in a distributed environment only.
It is not required in a stand-alone environment. In a distributed environment, install the DB2
client software on each server where you plan to install a Tivoli®
Netcool® Performance Manager component, except for the system where you
installed the DB2 server.
