Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed is real-time performance analysis software for business services. Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed eliminates manual threshold and baseline configuration by providing a self-learning capability.

By analyzing data from various sources and integrating with existing monitoring products, Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed learns the normal behavior of a business service and creates a performance model. When Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed detects or forecasts anomalous behavior, an alarm is generated. Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed offers out-of-the-box integration with IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus.

The IBM Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed system has four main components:
  • The Database component - is used to store configuration data, metadata and metric data.
  • The Analytic component - performs data mediation and processes incoming data to discover any anomalies that are present.

The Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed Mediation tool is used to configure the data presentation to Operations Analytics Predictive Insights Managed. The Mediation tool can be installed on Windows or Linux systems.
