Compliance testing before running tests
Compliance testing can be implemented when necessary in
the project lifecycle to ensure that these standards and policies
are enforced correctly.
Compliance testing ensures that the services are compliant with industry standards, such as the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Web Services Interoperability Organization (WS-I).
IBM® Rational® Integration Tester supports
compliance testing through validation of the following standards:
- WS-I policy
- XML schema
- WSDL schema
On synchronization with these and other standards, Rational Integration Tester provides
the option to validate against the standard.
Note: Upon the introduction
of new design assets into the test cycle, consider synchronizing.
