Working with Mobile App
Using the IBM Control Desk mobile app, agents and managers can perform several IBM Control Desk functions directly from a mobile device.
Note: IBM
Control Desk mobile app is supported:
- On Android 5.1 and above
- On iOS 11.0 and above

Depending on your permissions as an agent or manager, you can see and work with tickets, Change, and approvals. You can use the filter and search options to quickly and easily find Tickets, Change and approval requests. As an user, you can create and keep track of your tickets, following their resolution. You can also browse solutions and company bulletins.
Agent can perform the following tasks with a ticket:
- Click the tickets or change panel to work with tickets.
- View, edit, update, or close a ticket request.
- View, update, or close a change request.
- View or add ticket/change comments.
Manager can perform the following tasks with a ticket:
- Click Approval panel to work with approvals.
- Select an approval from the list.
- Approve, reject, or reassign requests to another person.
End users can perform the following tasks with a ticket:
- Create a new ticket for yourself or on behalf of someone else.
- View, request for update, confirm resolution or cancel a ticket.
- Browse solutions and company news.
Note: The mobile app is supported for the IBM
Control Desk version 7.6.0.4 and higher.
