Accessing Content Collector functions in Outlook Web App (OWA)
If you use Outlook Web App to access the IBM Content Collector functions, you must install the OWA Service and then configure the service to enable accessing the Content Collector function. A part of this configuration includes mapping URLs to the Microsoft Exchange servers. Without these mappings, the Content Collector functions cannot be performed.
