Generating export scripts

You can use the Selective export window to generate an export script that contains all the objects you want to export.

All Product Master object types are displayed in the Selective export window for you to specify which objects you want to include in your export script. You can specify the object type and action mode for each object type or you can select specific objects and specify each object's action mode. When you generate an export script, Product Master performs a dependency verification check on all of the objects you specify to ensure that your export script is valid.

You can also define the action mode for each object you export to specify how the object is imported. When you generate the export script, it displays in the Selective export window and can be saved as a report in the document store.

Remember: You can use the name mapping even after the script is generated. To do so, add the parameter for the name mapping file path in the exportEnv operation within the script before you use it.
