You can export list and calendar content as comma-separated
value (CSV) files through the context-sensitive Print button
on the taskbar. The menu options for the Print button
differ depending on whether you are viewing the list or the calendar.
About this task
Complete the following instructions to export list or calendar
content. The export action generates a CSV file that contains the
relevant content, depending on the list or calendar fields that you
select. For the calendar export, if you click Timestamp
format, the start and end date times in the CSV content
are converted to full timestamps, and the Date column
is removed from the CSV content.Procedure
- Display either the list or the calendar.
- On the taskbar, click Print and
choose one of the following options:
- Export the List (CSV)
- Export the Calendar (CSV)
- Enter or select the required options, and generate the
CSV file.
- Review the generated CSV file and edit it as required.
- Either print the CSV file, or save the CSV file to your
Downloads folder as required. If you omit the file extension
in the CSV file name, the file is saved as a CSV file. However, you
can save the CSV file with any file extension; for example, TXT.
