REST event emitter security

The REST emitter web application IBM_WBM_EMITTER_SERVICES uses HTTP basic authentication. The user ID and password that are passed in with the HTTP request must be authorized for the eventEmitters role.

The eventEmitters role includes all authenticated users in the application's realm by default.
