- Search with IBM Support
Assistant. IBM Support Assistant (ISA) is a
free software serviceability workbench that helps you resolve questions
and problems with IBM software products. The ISA tool
can search multiple knowledge bases simultaneously

Internet resources for your product, open the ISA and click
Search.
From this page, you can search a variety of resources including:
- IBM Software Support Documents
- IBM developerWorks®
- IBM newsgroups and forums
- Google
- IBM product information centers
Note: These free newsgroups and forums do
not offer any formal IBM product support. They are intended
for user-to-user communication. IBM will
