Creating tag and tag groups

To quickly sort and organize library items in your process applications and toolkits, create tags or tag groups.

Before you begin

To create a tag group, you must open the Process Designer desktop editor.
Restriction: Tag groups are not available in the Process Designer web editor.

Procedure

To create a tag or tag group, select a library item and click Tags > New.
  • In the Process Designer desktop editor, the New Tag or Tag Group window opens. Name the new tag. If you are creating a tag group, select Tag group. Enter a new tag value and click OK.
  • In the Process Designer web editor, the New Tag window opens. Name the new tag and click OK.
You can now apply this tag or tag group to a library item.
