Configuring onboarding kit cancellation and rejection constraints

In the IBM® Producer Lifecycle and Credential Management application, you can set the number of days that an onboarding kit can remain in the pending or inactive state before it is canceled.

About this task

If the value of any constraint is set to zero, then Producer Lifecycle and Credential Management ignores that type of onboarding kit cancellation.

Procedure

  1. Go to System Operations > System Config Settings.
  2. Click the Party tab.
  3. Navigate to the Contract Configuration Settings section and click Edit.
  4. From the Contract Configuration Indicator drop-down list, select Yes.
  5. In the Onboarding Cancellation - Pending Rejection field, type the number of days that an onboarding kit can remain in the pending state before it is rejected.
  6. In the Onboarding Cancellation - Complete Kit field, type the number of days that users have to complete their onboarding kits before they are canceled.
  7. In the Onboarding Cancellation - Not Active field, type the number of days that an onboarding kit can remain in the inactive state before it is canceled.
  8. Click OK.
