Simple keyword searches consist of one or more search terms (keywords). The search returns content that contains all of those keywords or variations of those keywords in any part of the document or file. For example, if you enter king, all content that contains king or a variation of king (such as kings) is returned.
To get more precise results, use multiple keywords or more specific keywords, and join those keywords with the Boolean operator AND. For example, if you enter French AND king, content that contains both French and king is returned. By default, any space in the search terms is interpreted as the Boolean operator AND, which requires a match on all of the words that you entered. For example, entering French king Louis returns the same results as entering French AND king AND Louis.
If a simple keyword search returns too many items that you are not looking for, use Boolean operators or use additional search fields to refine your search.
