Unable to access the role assignment page from the Deploy Solution task
The Assign Roles button on the Deploy Solution task
accesses the Case Client URL. If
your browser type is not compatible, the Case configuration tool cannot start the embedded
browser.
Symptoms
When you click the Assign Roles button, the Case configuration tool fails to access the Case Client URL in an embedded browser.Resolving the problem
Verify that you have the supported Mozilla version for Eclipse V3.7.2, which is the version of
Eclipse that is used by the Case configuration tool . You might
also need to configure your MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME environment variable and your LD_LIBRARY_PATH
