Changing the Hiring Sample

Use the Hiring Sample process application to learn the product. Do not use it as a starting point for your own application because changing this process application might cause errors later.

About this task

The Hiring Sample process application is intended to teach the product. It is not intended as a starting point for users to create their applications. Do not modify the Hiring Sample process application. Instead, create a clone of the process application and make your changes in the cloned process application. If you modify the process application, you might encounter errors when you run the process after you upgrade Business Automation Workflow.

Procedure

To clone the process application:

  1. In the Process Apps tab of Workflow Center, click the Hiring Sample process application.
  2. Click the small arrow next to the snapshot that you want to clone.
  3. Select Clone.
    The cloned process application appears in the list of process applications.
