Activities are associated with the wrong snapshot of a process application

If a process application has multiple active snapshots, Case Builder might select the wrong snapshot to apply to activities.

Symptoms

Case Builder applies identifier for the first active snapshot that is listed for a process application in the Workflow Center. This snapshot might not be the default snapshot for an activity.

Resolving the problem

In Workflow Center, deactivate any unused snapshots. Ensure that only one active snapshot is set as the default for the process application with which an activity is associated.
