Remote support for Android devices

Administrators can remotely assist Android devices managed by MaaS360 for troubleshooting purposes.

MaaS360 allows administrators to remotely view a device in real-time or remotely control a device by issuing mouse and keyboard commands to that device.

MaaS360 supports the following options to remotely administer managed devices:
  • MaaS360 Remote Support app: Administrators can remotely view and control Samsung devices running 5.0 or later. Note: Remote View is supported on all Android devices. Remote view and remote control are not supported on Kiosk devices.
  • TeamViewer integration: TeamViewer integration supports two modes of remote assistance: attended access and unattended access. TeamViewer attended access allows administrators to take control of devices based on end-user approvals. TeamViewer unattended access allows administrators to configure permanent access to remote devices without end-user intervention.
