Granting a user access permissions for work queues

An admin can grant user access permissions for creating, viewing, editing, or deleting work queues.

About this task

Users have different read and write capabilities for work queues based on their selected Maximo® Health configuration.

1. In Maximo Manage, go to Security > Users.
2. Select a user.
3. Go to the Groups tab.
4. In the Groups section, add a new row.
5. In the Groups field, search for and select the Health group.
6. Click Save.
