Creating Partner Locations
To create partner locations, complete the following steps:
- Select Tools > Partner Editor.
The system displays the Partner Editor Dialog Box.
- Select the partner profile or the system partner (Internal
System User) for which you want to create a location and click Locations.
The system displays the Location Select Dialog Box.
- Click New.
The system displays the Location Entry Dialog Box.
- In the Name box, type a unique identifier that defines this location within the partner.
- In the Reference Code 1 box, type the unique identifier
for the location you are defining.
Example - The DUNS number for the location.
- Complete the remaining boxes, as necessary. Note: If you use Reference Code 2, it must be unique.
- Click Save.
The system saves the location information and displays a blank Location Entry dialog box.
- If you want to enter additional locations for this partner, repeat steps 4 through 7 as many times as necessary.
- Click Exit.
The system returns to the Partner Editor dialog box.
