The tutorial partner profile (RNDTEST.par) is a sample
RND partner profile. We recommend that you import this partner profile
and review it prior to creating partner profiles for your own RND
trading partners.
Use this procedure to import the tutorial partner profile:
- Within Sterling Gentran:Server®,
select Tools > Partner Editor.
- Click Import to access the Import
File Select dialog box.
- Browse to the GENSRVNT\RND Standard\Tutorial folder,
select the RNDTEST.par profile, and click Save to
access the Import dialog box.
- Verify that the Partner to Import box indicates RNDPART and
click Save. The system imports the partner
details and displays the Partner Editor dialog boxes.
Note: Sterling Gentran:Server prompts
you for any additional information that is necessary by displaying
the appropriate Partner Editor dialog box.
- Click Save after you have entered
the necessary information.
The system displays
the message: Import Process Complete. Please note any warnings or
errors.
- Click OK.
- Click Exit.
