Sub > Input Record or Insert > Input Record .

The system displays the ODBC Input Record Properties dialog box.
- On the Name tab, enter a unique input record name and description (if applicable).
- Select the Key Field tab and select the appropriate options to define the key field.
- Select the Looping tab.
- In the Maximum usage box, type the number of times the record can repeat (loop).
- If necessary, specify that the system automatically gets the next row from the statement record order/join.
- If the record repeats (loops) and you want to specify an
extended rule for this input record, select the Loop Extended
Rules tab and define the rule.
See the IBM® Sterling Gentran:Server® for Microsoft Windows Application Integration User Guide for more information on extended rules.
- Click OK.
