Changing the Invoice Message Frame Title - EDIFACT

The system automatically titles the frames in a screen entry form when the form is created, based on the name of the file, segment(s), or group(s). You can modify the frame titles (for example, at the file or message level) to distinguish one form from the others. The parent frame of the invoice currently is titled Invoice Message. You need to give this frame a more descriptive title to distinguish it from other invoices that your company uses.

Use this procedure to change the frame title.

  1. Right-click the invoice file icon and select Properties.
  2. On the Display tab, enter EDIFACT Invoice (INVOIC) - Pet Zone in the Frame Caption box.
  3. Click OK.

    The new frame title is displayed in the frame title in the Layout Window.

  4. Click Generate Layout on the Main Toolbar to refresh the display.
  5. Select File > Save.

When you have finished arranging the fields, your Invoice Message frame should look like the following.

You have completed your Invoice form. Now, you are ready to finalize the form.
