Support for RCP applications

The Rich Client Platform (RCP) applications are supported by Sterling Order Management, Release 9.5.

The following RCP applications are shipped in Sterling Order Management, Release 9.5:
  • Sterling Call Center
  • Sterling Store
  • Sterling Store Inventory Management

All the RCP applications are of previous version, which is 9.3. These applications are certified to work with Sterling Order Management, Release 9.5. After you install the RCP applications, ensure to apply the latest fix packs that are available on the IBM® Fix Central.
