Recommended JVM command line options

You can review the recommended options to set for all JVMs.

We recommend that you specify the following command line options on all JVMs:

• JVM identifier using the -D option
• Java™ version using -showversion
• Garbage Collection Statistics
• Distributed Garbage Collection interval
