Manage submission links

For each submission link you create, you can edit it, send it again, copy it to your clipboard, or delete it.

To manage your submission links, do the following:

  1. Click Manage submission links.
  2. In the link listing, identify the intended link.
  3. To edit the link, click Edit. In the panel that opens, make any changes required, then click Save.
    • If you change the expiration date, that new expiration applies immediately to everyone using that link.
    • If you change the password, you must send the new password to both new and existing users of the link.
  4. To send a link, click Send. Enter recipient user names or email addresses, include a message to your recipients if desired, then click Send.
  5. To copy the link to your clipboard, click the Copy icon.
  6. To delete a link, click Delete. When you delete a link, it becomes invalid immediately, and recipients of that link can no longer use it to send you content.
