You use the applications in the Motor Pool module to manage
vehicle requests and dispatches and associated billing.
Rate Schedules (Tr) application
You apply rate schedules to motor-pool dispatches and long-term
assignments. Rate schedules are used to generate charges for asset
use.
Vehicle Requests (Tr) application
To enter a request for a vehicle to be dispatched to you
or another user, you use the Vehicle Requests (Tr) application. You
can also view the details of existing dispatch requests.
Vehicle Scheduling (Tr) application
To assign and schedule vehicles and drivers for dispatch
requests that were created in the Vehicle Requests (Tr) application,
you use the Vehicle Scheduling (Tr) application. You also start and
complete vehicle dispatches in the Vehicle Scheduling (Tr) application.
