Define Monitoring Events for Quotes
The monitoring events for quotes configuration enables you to define your own events and how those events are handled. These events can then be associated with quote monitoring rules and you can control which event is raised when an alert situation is detected by the monitor.

Procedure
In
Channel Applications Manager, perform the following steps:
- Expand the Configure Business Process Models and Monitoring Rules group.
- Click the icon adjacent to Define Monitoring Events for Quotes.
