Display of scroll bar when browser resolution is set to 1024x768

You might want to change the resolutions settings to have fewer scroll bars on your screen.

Problem description

When the browser resolution is set to 1024x768 and you enable the Salesforce sidebar, a horizontal scroll bar and vertical scroll bar appears in the Sterling Field Sales iFrame.

Probable solution

You can resolve the issue by either:

Working on a higher resolution, or
Selecting the “Enable Collapsible Sidebar” option in the User Interfacescreen and collapsing the sidebar when it is not being used.
