Relocated items are not removed after a refresh
In either the map, the location map, or the list,
if you update the location of an item to outside the viewable map
area, the item remains in its previous location. The updated item
is not removed from the viewable map area until the browser window
is refreshed.
Date and time format displayed incorrectly in the Arabic locale
In the IBM Intelligent Operations Center user
interface, if you select the Arabic locale, the date and time are
formatted incorrectly.
Translated items are incorrectly sorted in the list
In the list view, if you sort items that have characters from some languages other than
English, the items are sorted incorrectly.
Unexpected behavior in locales other than English after an interim fix is installed
If a language other than English is set as your preferred language in your display
settings, then you might encounter unexpected behavior or errors after an IBM Intelligent Operations Center interim fix is installed. The issue might occur if the
interim fix includes new user interface text, which is available in English only, and your
administrator configured a locale other than English as the default locale.
Customized Esri map is not displayed because of Cross-Origin error
Customized component cannot be created
An attempt to create a customized component by using the component customization tool is
not successful.

Connections refused with large number of users
In IBM Intelligent Operations Center ,
if there are more than approximately 400 users, some connections might
be refused.
System performance issues
System performance issues and unexplained user
interface errors can occur if log files fill up a file system partition
and space for active logs becomes unavailable.
Resolving the "java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative names present" error
If either the Linux or Windows development edition is
installed on a system where DHCP IP is enabled, an error can occur
if the WebSphere® Application Server Liberty Profile server
is restarted after the IP address changes. The error causes a java.security.cert.CertificateException:
No subject alternative names present exception.
Permissions error when you try to restart WebSphere Application Server Liberty Profile
You might encounter a permissions error that prevents you from stopping or starting the
WebSphere Application Server Liberty Profile component as the administrative user. The
administrative user is defined as the value of the ioc.user property in the
ioc.install.properties file.
Connection to IBM Security Directory Server fails when adding user groups or roles
If you are using IBM Security Directory Server for
your LDAP user registry, adding user groups or roles might break the connection to the LDAP server.
The problem might be because the size of the LDAP group members cache is too small.
Cannot open IBM Intelligent Operations Center in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
IBM Intelligent Operations Center V5.2.0 fails to open in Internet
Explorer 11 because of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption cipher settings that are
configured by default for the HTTP server. Because Internet Explorer 11 requires unsupported and
less secure encryption cipher settings on the HTTP server, the recommended solution is to either use
one of the other supported browsers or upgrade to Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Internet Explorer 11 is not supported by IBM Intelligent Operations Center V5.2.1
or later.
Page Access view is slow to open for large numbers of pages
As an administer, you can configure which pages users can access by configuring access
privileges for user groups in the Page Access view. However, if there are more
than 100 pages in your solution, the Page Access view might be slow to open,
and slow to respond if it does open.
Taskbar Access view is slow to open for large numbers of pages
As an administer, you can configure which features users can access by configuring
taskbar access privileges for user groups in the Taskbar Access view. However,
if there are more than 100 pages in your solution, the Taskbar Access view
might be slow to open, and slow to respond if it does open.
The incident analytics model fails to run
As an administrator, you can configure incident analytics to provide information about
criminal incidents. You can also configure analytic factors, which are data source properties that
act as input data to the incident analytics model. However, if your system is integrated with IBM SPSS® Modeler Professional version 18.2.0 or later, the incident analytics
model fails to run if the length of the combined names of the analytic factors that are generated by
the model is 32 KB or more.
