Available quantity widget

The Available quantity widget shows the number of units of the item that are in stock. Click the widget to open the Available Quantity window.

The Available quantity window displays information relevant to the item's current stock levels.

Available stock is calculated by using the following formula:

Stock on Hand + Consign SOH + Qty on Order + InTransit Qty - Reserved Qty

The formula can also be changed upon request to meet individual client preferences.

Stock on hand at last update

This section of the window shows a detailed breakdown of the current stock levels in the host ERP system.

The fields are read-only and are used to calculate the Available stock:

Stock on Hand

  • Current quantity of stock on hand SOH
  • Current Quantity of stock held on consignment CONS_SOH
  • Quantity of items on order not yet received QTY_ON_ORD
  • Current quantity of stock in transit ISOH
  • Current quantity of stock held in reserve RESRV_SOH
