ForeSee integration solution

The patented ForeSee Results Customer satisfaction survey allows visitors to provide valuable insight anytime, anywhere on a website. The survey pops up on any specific page that is set for customer feedback and provides a comprehensive survey that is customized and controlled by the client.

ForeSee Results product contains a detailed dashboard that allows in-depth analysis of the survey results. When ForeSee Results and Tealeaf's technologies are integrated, the power of Customer Voice and Customer Experience are brought together to enhance insight into the overall customer experience. In the ForeSee Results Online dashboard, a list of customer feedback surveys is displayed. A Tealeaf® Session Replay link is added next to every user survey. Admins reviewing customer comments can immediately open the customer's Tealeaf session and view the customer experience that prompted the submitted comments.

Note:
The ForeSee integration is no longer developed in active collaboration with ForeSee to promote the IBM Tealeaf cxConnect for Data Analysis for VoC integration for ForeSee. This is due to Foresee acquiring competitive replay capabilities. However, Tealeaf still sells and supports the integration based on customer demand.
