Replace the storage I/O adapter.
Use the I/O adapter location information in the Service Action Log
if it is available. If the location is not available, find the address of
the I/O adapter (see
System
reference code (SRC) address formats). Use the address to find the
location (see
Finding
part locations). After finding the adapter location go to
PCI adapter removal
and replacement procedures.
