Recovering from an intermittent problem

Use this procedure to help resolve intermittent problems for i5/OS®.

Perform the following steps:
  1. Enter the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command on any command line.
  2. Select option 1 (This server or attached device) on the Select Type of System display.
  3. Select option 3 (Hardware problem) on the Analyze problem display.
  4. Select option 1 (Yes) on the Problem Frequency display to get an intermittent checklist and follow the instructions.
  5. If you still have the same problem, contact your next level of support or your hardware service provider.
