Use this procedure to help resolve intermittent problems for i5/OS®.
Perform the following steps:
- Enter the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command on any command line.
- Select option 1 (This server or attached device) on the Select
Type of System display.
- Select option 3 (Hardware problem) on the Analyze problem display.
- Select option 1 (Yes) on the Problem Frequency display to get an
intermittent checklist and follow the instructions.
- If you still have the same problem, contact your next level of
support or your hardware service provider.
