Complete the following steps:
  1. Is the reference code 11002610?
    • Yes: Continue with the next step.
    • No: Continue with the next failing item in the failing item list. This ends the procedure.
  2. Was a B70069xx reference code logged around the same time as the 11002610 reference code?
    • Yes: If the B70069xx reference code indicates a PCIe adapter problem, reseat the PCIe adapter. If the problem is not resolved, replace the PCIe adapter. If the replacement of the PCIe adapter does not resolve the problem, replace the system backplane. This ends the procedure.
    • No: Continue with the next step.
  3. Reseat the PCIe adapters in the system, one at a time, until the problem is resolved. If the problem is not resolved, replace the PCIe adapters in the system, one at a time, until the problem is resolved. If the replacement of the PCIe adapters in the system does not resolve the problem, replace the system backplane. This ends the procedure.
