Jim Fletcher is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Architect for the Tivoli Industry Solutions. Mr. Fletcher has overall responsibility for the architecture and technical direction of Tivoli's Industry Solutions, including Real Estate and Facilities Management and Datacenters. During his career at IBM, he has served in technical leadership positions in networking, pervasive computing, and as Chief Architect in the area of IT Service Availability and Performance management. Mr. Fletcher holds over 30 patents, has published over 40 articles in technical journals, and coauthored three books. He is an IBM Master Inventor and member of the IBM Academy.

    Naeem Altaf is a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM for Tivoli Industry Solutions. During his career at IBM, he has lead the Integration Center of Competency as the Chief Solutions Architect for Tivoli's Service Availability and Performance Management Portfolio. He is a subject matter expert in Systems & Application Monitoring, Business Services Management and Energy Management Solutions. He architected Green Data Centers around the globe and has extensive experience in working with Enterprise Customers. Currently, he holds Chief Solutions Architect position for Real Estate and Facilities Management, Green Data Centers and Intelligent Site Operations/Cell Towers. He has co-authored two books.

    Michael Hayes is a Senior IT Architect for Tivoli Industry Solutions group. He was part of the MRO Software acquisition in 2006, where he worked as a Senior Software engineer for MRO Software for 10 years. Since joining Tivoli Industry Solutions group in 2007, he has been the Tivoli lead architect for industry solutions in Aerospace, Chemicals and Petroleum, and currently one of two lead architects for the Smarter Building Solution. He continues to be the subject matter expert for his team for Maximo based products. Michael received his Bachelors Degree at Brigham Young University. His areas of expertise include Java development, systems integration, solution architecture, and advance knowledge across most of Tivoli's product portfolio.

    Ed Silky is a principal architect and developer for the IBM TRIRIGA Platform. Ed designed and led the development of the TRIRIGA workflow engine and is involved in all aspects of its advancement. Ed is also closely involved with TRIRIGA's Web Graphics, CAD Integrator, DataConnect, and Strategic Facilities Planning.
