Chris O'ConnorChris O'Connor
Chris O'Connor is the Vice President of IBM Cloud and Smarter Infrastructure Strategy and Development, delivering IBM's market leading service management software to help clients optimize their business infrastructures and technology through improved visibility, control, and automation across end-to-end operations. Prior to this role, Chris was responsible for product strategy and engineering for the Industry Solutions Software division, and, before that, he was Vice President of Tivoli Strategy and Market Management. Active in the IT Industry for the past 20 years both within IBM and at other industry software providers, Chris is also a member of the IBM Corporate Technology Team that formulates IBM's technical roadmap.

    Bill Cheng is the Vice President of Smarter Infrastructure Solutions. He is responsible for leading the worldwide service and asset management strategy and development of IBM Maximo Asset Management, IBM SmartCloud Control Desk, and IBM TRIRIGA Facilities Management Software. Prior to this assignment, Bill was the Vice President of IBM Service Process Automation, including Dynamic Provisioning, System Automation, and Workload Scheduling products. During his IBM career Bill has held Executive Management positions leading software engineering teams in Systems Management, Security, Storage, and Large Systems.

    Matt Ellis is the Vice President of Service Availability and Performance Management at IBM, where he leads the strategy and development of Tivoli's monitoring and automated discovery products for distributed and mainframe systems and complex software application infrastructures. Matt joined IBM in 2006 as part of the Micromuse acquisition. Previously, Matt led the development of Tivoli's network management products and the Autonomic Computing program, a cross-IBM initiative to develop integrated and embedded management capabilities as part of the drive towards IBM's vision of Service Management for a Smarter Planet.

    John Kogel is Vice President of IBM's System z Cloud and Smarter Infrastructure products as well as Jazz for Service Management. In this role, in addition to life cycle management of our System z portfolio and integration platform, John leads initiatives for development transformation and IT Delivery best practices. Previously, John was Vice President of Tivoli's Service Availability and Performance Management (SAPM) development organization. John led the SAPM team to deliver an integrated set of products that exceed market requirements. Preceding IBM, John was at Candle Corporation from 1986 to 2004, serving the last five years as Vice President of Research and Development.

    Giovanni Lanfranchi is the Vice President for the development of Tivoli Service Process Automation solutions. He joined IBM in 1988 as an Industry Consultant Director and has held a wide variety of positions in his IBM career. Giovanni is experienced in robotics, Computer Aided Engineering, systems management, and he is recognized among the best CAD architects in the world. Giovanni graduated in Physics at the University of Milano in 1986.

    Dave Lindquist, an IBM Fellow and Vice President, is IBM Tivoli's CTO and Chief Architect, responsible for the architecture of Service Management solutions and technology. His current areas of focus include Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Security and Smarter Planet Initiatives. Prior to joining Tivoli in 2002, he led the WebSphere Edge of Network strategy and architecture in the Application and Integration Middleware division. Dave began his career with IBM in the Server Group, specializing in large-systems architecture, performance and database systems.

    Wing To is the vice president of strategy and product management for the Tivoli brand within IBM Software Group. His team's mission is to direct the end-to-end Tivoli product portfolio strategy to create and deliver Service Management solutions that help organizations effectively manage their infrastructures. His team is composed of experts from around the world and includes key leaders from IBM, its recent acquisitions and the industry. Prior to this role Wing was the Vice President Development for Network Management within Tivoli, responsible for leading the development of Tivoli products in service assurance including event management, network discovery and performance management.

    Steve "Woj" Wojtowecz is the VP of Engineering and Development for the software suite of storage solutions offered by IBM Tivoli. In this role, Woj is responsible for the delivery of offerings such as Tivoli Storage Manager, Tivoli Productivity Center, SAN Volume Controller, and a variety of other storage focused solutions. Woj has enjoyed a 20-year career with IBM, in various management roles that have included all areas of software design, development, strategy, marketing, sales, support, and services. Woj has a BS degree in management information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
