So what is this new tool for and how can it helps with your mobile developments? So how to find this tool ? Do not look for the application center in the Worklight developer
edition. You need to use one of the Worklight Server edition to be able to
take advantage of the Application Center. As you install one of the Worklight Server edition, the Application Center will be installed ready to run within a WebSphere 8.5 liberty server.
