Lotus Sametime Unyte now has Cloud computing services that will make it easier for virtual team meetings.Working in a company whose first name is International, I am really looking forward to the added capability in the new version of IBM Lotus Sametime Unyte. Meetings with my colleagues around the globe are a daily occurrence and tools like Lotus Sametime Unyte help the team collaborate and operate more effectively as a virtual team. This also cuts down on the need to travel, saving us time and expense at a time when watching the bottom line is more important than ever.
The Sametime Unyte service has just been updated with expanded capabilities including support for Firefox 3.0, support of open document formats (ODF), such as Lotus Symphony, and portable document format (PDF) files. Another really wonderful addition for global collaboration is it is now available in nine languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese. It virtually is a breeze to use because Lotus Sametime Unyte is a 100% hosted cloud service which doesn't require any software or hardware maintenance on your own computer. Sametime Unyte is being offered as software as a service with different licensing models based on your companies size and needs.
This is one tool I have come to depend on internally leading my global team and I would highly recommend you check it out too. There is a free trial at https://www.webdialogs.com
