How can I package this app into an RCP jar file? I would like to share this with other z/OS developers and testers without requiring Eclipse and plugin download and configuration. Thank you

Once you've installed an Eclipse workbench and the various plug-ins once, you should be able to package the directory you installed Eclipse into and move it onto a difference machine - everything should be inside the install directory. This is much less practical to do with an ISA install though as any plug-ins you install go into the users home directory on the machine (eg. c:\Users\ \IBM\ISAv4 on Windows 7).
