Nice article.

 
Tried to run jextract on our server and I get exception while adding Java. Below is the extract.

Adding "/usr/lib/nls/loc/iconv/Universal_UCS_Conv__64" to zip
Adding "/usr/lib/nls/loc/uconv/UTF32TBL__64" to zip
Adding "java" to zip
java.lang.Exception: Failure adding file to zip file (java) : java (A file or directory in the path name does not exist.)

Hi:

 
The problem looks to be that jextract cannot find the "java" executable when its trying to add it to the output zip file that jextract produces. I'm not sure why this is happening - it might be worth checking that the executable is there and the correct permissions exist etc.
