Customizing your view in IBM Support Portal

Did you know that you can decide which modules appear on each of the Support Portal pages? When you sign in you can customize each page by removing, adding, and rearranging the modules in the middle of the page.
First, sign in to the IBM Support Portal using your IBM Web ID.
The Customize menu on the right side of the page gives you the option to select other modules for the current page.
For example, you can add the Downloads and fixes module from the Downloads tab onto the Support home page. Simply select it from the list and drag it onto the main area of the page. Blue highlighting indicates where you can drop the new module.
Customizing your view allows you to organize the information on the Support Portal that you use the most and make it easily accessible the next time you visit the Support Portal. Let’s say you use four modules most often, but they are scattered across the Support Portal tabs – Downloads and fixes (Downloads tab), Product documentation (Documentation tab), Problem resolution (Troubleshoot tab), and Flashes and alerts (Support home tab). You can customize your Support home page to put those modules on one page.
