What are ARM processor ?
In simple layman term - its the processor on which you mobile is running ( to be correct most of the mobiles are running). Based on 32 bit RISC architecture
and the relative reduced complexity associated with it makes them suitable for low power env's.
So whats the big deal ?
While these processors are currently dominating the mobile market, how about having a microserver based on ARM processors. While what load such microservers will carry is a big question but its already being thought of by the industry:
for example:
- Marvell already has linux based microserver - they call it as Plug Computer

- Dell is already thinking of server based on Multi-Core ARM Microprocessors.

So the question is will we see ARM Microservers becoming popular with time ....intresting to keep an eye.
