Agile development is a time boxed iterative approach that encourages rapid and flexible response to change through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams and customers. It promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary architecture and design and incremental delivery of software to achieve the earliest possible benefit based upon value, risk, priority and necessity. A well functioning, agile team works with just enough process to get the job done but to achieve real productivity improvements and continuously deliver on their objectives, they need sufficient technological infrastructure, or what some have termed "Architectural Runway."
Make sure you email, tweet, and/or blog about these excellent upcoming ALM events!
