ILOG Diagrammer Visualizations, a Dojo-based diagramming Widget & API, was recently shipped as part of IBM WebSphere Application Server Feature Pack for Web 2.0 and Mobile.
The datastore component has some interesting features which I thought I'd share here.
For the DataGrid, data store items map to rows in the grid, but for a Diagram, nodes store items map to diagram nodes.
Item attributes in the datastore may also be used to infer inter-node relationships
Furthermore, particular relationships are deemed to specify a hierarchical relationship. In this case, use of a simple method crea
More sophiticated templates
Of course not everyone is going to want little blue rectangles (the default template) to represent the store items.
A simple callback interface allows for application of custom styles for each node and, as you can see from the example below it's
also possible to apply templates to the links too.
A live demonstration of the datastore features may be found here.
The IBM WebSphere Application Server Feature Pack for Web 2.0 and Mobile may be dowload from here for use with WebSphere Application Server.
If you are looking for live demos of all the features, they are showcased here.
